  • What should I do to prepare for my service?

    Tell us as much as you can about the problem you’re having. This will save you money if you know what the issue is.


    Try to remember and write down as much information. One of our team members will ask you questions like:


    • The speed of the car when the problem occurred
    • During a left or right turn
    • Accelerating or slowing down
    • In the morning or during the whole day
    • Any warning lights on the dash
    • Amount of gas in the tank
    • If only during rain

    All these bullet points can help us look in a certain direction and eventually fix the car faster and for less money.


    Remember that no sound produced by your lips is silly or embarrassing to you or us. It can save you money. We promise not to laugh at you or videotape you for the next episode of “Funniest Car Owners.”
